Avocado milkshake

1 Avocado, peeled. (Choose the dark brown ones as they are ripe.)

1/2 cup fresh milk
1-2 teaspoon sugar
Ice cubes

Blend & drink...

A humble drink, nonetheless, delicious and buttery. I have been to many stalls selling the humble drink...Some would use UHT milk and the results? Avocado mikshake that irks the shit out of you. Some add gula melaka, nothing can be worst than this. Not only is the color a horrid sight, the taste is just too artificially sweet for my liking.

Selling at $4.00 in orchard/city hall area. The same can be bought at $2.00 if bought from hawker centres. Pity, not all fresh fruits stall sell this drink. Even if they do, it is either to bland or too yucky.

I like the one sold at bugis village, yup, the stall next to 'adult toy' shop (sex toy shop, lah!)

I also like the one sold at Alexandra village, its version is more creamy. I think Vanilla powder has been added to the drink. However, AV is out of the way.

I have been drinking Avocado milkshake regularly. Guess I will not be sick of drinking it for at least another three months.
