A hearty lunch that would never be possible on "normal" working days, so I guess I am enjoying "abnormal" hours now.
Dim Sum Buffet at Orient Ocean Restaurant, Miramar Hotel (3rd floor). Eat-all-you-can menu includes Har Cheong Gai (shrimp paste chicken wings), whereas its sister restaurant, Dragon Gate (Harbour Front) has none. The former's service is better, and definitely faster than the latter. While at Dragon Gate, service (or lack of it) crawls. I submitted my order chit and by the time I finished counting the number of floor tiles, my food was not ready. So I proceeded to count the number of wall tiles and still no sight of my food. Told you a hungry (wo)man is an angry (wo)man. The plus point about Dragon Gate Restaurant is that It overlooks Sentosa, that's about it.
Signed the bill using the restaurant's VIP card applied aeon years ago. Not bad, got discount wo... ...
