Murphy's Law sets in

*tap* *tap*, I tapped on my injured kahnail, err, I mean my toenail. Wheeeeeeee, it is not painful as it was a few days ago.

*tap * tap* some more... ...Nope, no liquid ooze out whatsoever. Does that mean I can jog again? Wheeeeeeeee

I must have been feeling very happy, ihaPPy indeed, now that I can run, skip and play volleyball like before. The feeling is somewhat elated.

The thing about Murphy's Law is that something bad will bound to happen at the peak of "all things good".

Anything that can go wrong will go wrong.

Old Aayden is not well.

It is sleeping more and eating less. A case of bad appetite.

Then, I saw it. That damn red thingy on his right cheek. Old Aayden must be feeling pain.

Will my pet "go" while I am at work?

Will I return home to see a solid cold body with four limbs pointing to the sky?

Old Aayden has reached its peak years as a hamster. He just celebrated his birthday last month. Considering that dreaded patch of red stuff on his cheek only makes the situation worst.

I am ready to dig a hole in my garden. I am mentally prepared.

The last thing I will do is to scoop the body up and put it inside a plastic bag and put it into the dustbin. I will never ever do that !
