A very lovely Xmas Tree

I was happy,

just by looking at the "Bear-Bear" themed Christmas tree (@ Raffles City S.C.)

Now,

I am happier.
I guess a lot of effort must have been put in to decorate this Xmas tree.
What separates the ordinary (Xmas tree) from the extraordinary
is the word:
'Extra'

I can't help but notice the flaming red little "monstar" at the bottom.
