Of Jay Chou's concert 2010

The only concert in Singapore that was sold out within 2 hours of sale. 24 July 2010, Saturday, is the day he is coming to stage his concert. He is none other than

Jay Chou 周杰伦.

The organizer (Scorpio East) decided to add ONE additional show and it is to be scheduled on 23 July, Friday, 8.00pm. Sale of tickets was to commence on 22 April, 9.00am sharp.

*keeping my fingers crossed*

I tried logging into the Sistic website to purchase tickets for the concert. The website server was down. Oh heck.

*I was very close to getting the tickets*

At 10.10am, I logged on and selected Category 3 seats. Just at the page of selecting number of tickets, the page HANGED. What followed was page error...WT...I was so close to buying the tickets, only to have the chance slipped through my fingers.

I was almost in tears. Subsequent tries to refresh the page...well....it just hanged.

The sistic hotline proved too hot for me to get through. When I finally called through, it was 5.45pm. The customer service officer told me that all tickets for the 23 July show are sold out. More than 5000 tickets are sold out.

When he first came to Singapore in 2004, I regretted not going to his concert. Maybe better luck for me next time. Which I predict, will be 3 years later.........

[and then...some **** is selling Category 2 (the better seats) tickets online.
