A Woman's Day_My day

I was in a rather irritated mood when I woke up. Other's poor time management has a direct impact on me. I would say other's inefficiency makes me look inefficient. My style of working is different from hers and I would say I have a life other than work, as opposed to her whose motto is 'Work is Life'. With a major deadline to meet and so little time given, I am almost driven up the walls.

I decided that I should be the one in control of how I should feel for the day. Happy or irritated, whatever it is, I have a choice. Indeed.

Managed to squeeze in a short run. As I absorbed solar energy with each step, I felt better and stronger. This was good foundation for what was to come in the later part of today.

Ended my run and proceeded for cheese prata. Washed it down with a glass of Avocado milkshake (yes!!). Satisfied (I have started the day well).

Now back to work, on a Saturday afternoon 0___<
