N advised me today to let them REST. I can still do nail art and get my favourite colours once they are well rested.
I can do a "Fire-Engine-Red" nail polish ala SQ flight air stewardess standard colour, or I can do a "Lincoln-Park-At-Midnight" ala gothic and mysterious so long they are well rested. If all fail to spice up my mood, I can do a "All-Lacquered-Up".

Doing pedicure without nail polish is like eating ice cream without toppings – dull / topless / bare. Looking down at my feet, I feel terribly awkward and certainly not used to looking at uncoloured toenails. Distract me, quick!!
