H.O.T. on B.F.C.

A slice of B.F.C.,
4 layers of chocolate sponge cake, with Kirsch (brandy), moist and oooh so-melt-in-the-mouth.
Every bite has more cherries than you can imagine, likely to be dark, sweet cherries or liquor-soaked cherries in each bite.
Topped with whipped cream and a huge juicy red cherry.
Of German origin, but in Singapore, Secret Recipe sells them BEST.
Black Forest Cake, ommphh!!

I almost thought BFC stands for BIG FAT CAKE from the picture you posted.
