Olympics 2008

I am excited about the Olympics this time round.

Partly because my ex-customer is taking part.

She is representing Singapore.

This is not her first time representing SG.

Commonwealth games, SEA Games etc.

She won many medals, including a gold for SG for 4 x 100m relay.

Swimming is her forte.

She is a good swimmer.

When she stands next to me, she is one tall and strong young lady,

Tanned, broad shoulders and forever smiling.

At 15 years old, QTW has recently hit the news as she was having some problems with getting a coach.

Nevertheless, I wish that will not affect her performance as I heard that a new coach is willing to take her under his wings at undisclosed $$.

and yes, I will be looking forward to the ladies' swimming section of the Olympics.

Then, I saw the opening of the Olympics in Beijing's Bird's nest on 08.08.08.

The flag bearer was none other than a foreigner, to be exact, a China lady who also hit the news headlines over $$ and relationship break up issues with her beau. You heard me, a foreigner representing SG.

Is there no one else to represent Singapore?
