I should not be feeling angry. But I am indeed angry. ST has been disappointing with its phantom customer service. Now, SH is disappointing when my smses do not get though instantly, at its worst, my smses were not even delievered, as I discovered today, despite that a prompt told me that "message was delievered". Forget about M1. I don't even want to talk about it.
Before full number portability kicked in, SH has delayed in sending out my smses. On the receiving end, smses were sent to me a couple of hours late. Though not all sms were late, nevertheless, the constant worry of not getting my smses sent to another party is nerve-wrecking.

I received an sms. S has asked if I wanted to meet her at Holland Village for ice cream. Since I was busy, I replied "No, thanks."
S's message came in a while later and said "That invitation was meant for yesterday." Ada... ...
Another incident happened after full number portability kicked in on 13 June 2008, I messaged B. B had ported from M1 to SH. But my message was not delievered to B at all. I ended up running the errand on my own.
