Eating smoked goose meat

Roasted goose meat - I tried that in Hong Kong.
Braised goose meat - I tried that in a Teochew Restaurant in Singapore.
And now,
Smoked goose meat.


Smoked goose meat reminds me of smoked breakfast ham and/or bacon.
Well, it tastes quite springy, chewy, and there is a nice layer of fat which is rather fragrant, definitely palatable. Eaten with mango slices, the smoked goose meat has a slightly tangy taste, not bad at all.
